Please read these official guidelines regarding this promotion. By participating in the promotion, you agree to be bound by these guidelines and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below:

1. No purchase of any kind is necessary to enter or win this promotion.
2. The Amped Wireless 2012 R20000G Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States or District of Columbia. 
3. All participants of the Amped Wireless 2012 R20000G Sweepstakes must be 18 years of age or older.
4. Have a Facebook account and “like” the Amped Wireless Facebook page. Enter all required field information of the Amped Wireless 2012 R20000G Sweepstakes tab on the Amped Wireless Facebook page.
5. Promotion Period: The Amped Wireless 2012 R20000G Sweepstakes entry period starts at 12:00 PM PDT on May 14, 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM PDT on June 14, 2012.  All entries must be received during the Promotion Period to be eligible to win a prize.  Limit one entry per person for full period of the promotion. Additional entries will be disqualified.
6. The prize winner will be selected approximately June 15, 2012 12:00 PM PDT and will be given the R20000G.
   
7. How the winner is selected:  One winner will be selected at random.  Prize will be awarded within thirty (30) days after winner verification. The winner will be notified via email.  If the winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days, it will result in a disqualification and another winner will be chosen at random.  Prizes are not assignable or transferable. 
   
8. Confidentiality:  By entering you may be contacted by Amped Wireless with future promotional offers, product news or press releases. 
   
9. Immediate family members of Amped Wireless' employees, affiliates, advertisers or advertising agencies are not eligible to win.
   
10. Amped Wireless reserves the right to amend these rules, or terminate, suspend or modify the contest (including replacing or substituting prize), at its sole discretion, and Amped Wireless shall have no responsibility for any damages arising there from. By entering the contest, entrants agree to these official rules. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
